Sometimes I feel a little crazy harvesting seaweed in the rocks, just as the tide is turning. But then I see these fishermen w-a-a-a-y out there like it’s no big deal. 🌊 🐟

More bioplastic trials. Although I do measure, I find the less exacting I am or the less I fuss with a thermometer, the more successful I am. Meaning, I’m cooking with my senses.

For this one I used agar and potato starch with spirulina.
